Coaching School

At Whiteheath we offer coaching for both the children and adults alike. There are several trained coaches in the school and their role is to encourage individuals or groups to identify current issues and for them to take the responsibility to decide what course of action is needed to overcome these challenges successfully. It is the coach’s role to ask questions that ensure the coachee/s can come to an independent solution.  Solving issues or by seeking a way forward in this way gives both children and adults a sense of achievement and they then have the tools to overcome their original issue.
