On behalf of the children, staff and governors I take great pleasure in welcoming you to Whiteheath Infant and Nursery school. Whiteheath is a 'Good' school and provides the best education for all pupils.  Our vision is that a Whiteheath learner is confident to ask questions about the ever changing world around them. We encourage the children to take risks in their learning inside and outside the classroom through a rich, diverse curriculum.  Teaching is fun, pupils are enthused and supported to achieve their very best to leave our school as lifelong learners.

Our school is a vibrant learning environment where children are challenged to achieve endless possibilities. Our commitment of creating a culture of excellence is contagious and is embedded across our school. We pride ourselves on our broad and rich curriculum to help children grow into independent, confident and successful learners. Our dedicated and ambitious staff work happily together to ignite an enthusiasm and lifelong passion for learning in every child by giving them the best education. The team work tirelessly to provide a safe, secure and happy learning environment in which every child can shine and flourish in all aspects of school life.  We firmly believe that the key to promoting successful learning for every child lies in the strong partnership we form with parents and this is important to us. We have been awarded the Early Years Quality mark. We work hard to develop thinking skills in our children, to help prepare them for their future.

Our school is open for our pupils from 8:40-3:20, this time varies for our Nursery children.
