All sessions requested by parents/carers are subject to availability.
All sessions booked must be paid for in advance via your School Money account.
Sessions may be paid by Debit card or Childcare Voucher (please see Childcare Voucher section below).
No parent/carer should consider a booking as being confirmed until payment has been received by the School.
Bookings will close at noon on the Friday before the commencing week. Amemdments, refunds or cancellations after the bookings close are not permitted
Bookings for emergencies only (if places available) can be made by the school on the day, an admin charge of £5.00 per child, per booking will be applied. Payment in full must be made prior to attendance.
Parents/carers of children not booked, but who subsequently attend, will incur a £5.00 non-booking fee per child, in addition to the cost of the session.
School children who remain at the school uncollected after 3.20pm will be admitted into the After-School Club, whilst their parents are contacted to collect them. The parent/carer will incur a £5.00 non-booking fee per child in addition to the session charge.
A late payment charge may be applied (£5.00 for every five minutes (or part thereof) for each child collected after the official closing time of the club). Continued lateness will result in breach of contract and your child’s place will be withdrawn.
Bookings may be cancelled or amended up to when the bookings are closed, changes are not permitted for closed weeks or historically. Refunds are not permitted for absences/non-attendance.
Whiteheath Infant School will credit all fees charged back into your School Money account if the club is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding part day/session).
The club will only proceed each day subject to a minimum number of bookings, the club reserves the right to cancel and will re-credit booking payments to the individual account.
Children will only be released to an adult or person over the age of 16 (proof of age may be requested) that is known to the school.
There is a penalty charge of £5.00 for every five minutes (or part thereof) for each child collected after the official closing time of the club.
