Childcare Vouchers

• Childcare Vouchers will be credited to individual School Money accounts only when the funds have been received by the school. Please note that many Childcare Voucher Providers take up to 7 days to allocate these funds to the school, therefore you must allow 14 Days for this credit to be transferred into to your School Money account. Voucher payments for holiday clubs, must be uploaded before the holiday commences to allow for funds to be transferred.
• The school will credit Childcare Vouchers of £50 and over, free of charge. Childcare Voucher transfers under the value of £50 will incur an administration charge of £10 per payment.
• Please ensure that any childcare voucher / HMRC tax credit payments clearly show your child’s name and club name, if your child attends more than one club, ensure that you advise the school of how to apportion your payment between the clubs, prior to booking your sessions. If you fail to inform the school of how to apportion you payment, your session bookings may not be confirmed and ‘overdue’ messages will be sent to you.
