All sessions requested by parents/carers are subject to availability.
All sessions booked must be paid for in advance via your School Money account.
Sessions may be paid by Debit card or Childcare Voucher (please see Childcare Voucher section below).
No parent/carer should consider a booking as being confirmed until payment has been received by the School.
Bookings may be made up to the day before the booking. Booking can be made by the school on the day, an admin charge of £5.00 per child, per booking may be applied at the head teachers' discretion.
Parents/carers of children not booked into Breakfast Club, Midday Break Session, After-School Club or Holiday Club, but who subsequently attend, will incur a £5.00 non-booking fee per child, in addition to the cost of the session.
School children who remain at the school uncollected after 3.20pm will be admitted into the After-School Club, whilst their parents are contacted to collect them. The parent/carer will incur a £5.00 non-booking fee per child in addition to the session charge.
Bookings may be cancelled or changed up to the day before the start of the session – changes are not permitted on the day or historically. Refunds are not permitted for absences/non-attendance.
Whiteheath Infant School will credit all fees charged back into your School Money account if the club is forced to close due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding part day/session).
The club will only proceed each day subject to a minimum number of bookings, the club reserves the right to cancel and will re-credit booking payments to the individual account.
Children will only be released to an adult or person over the age of 16 (proof of age may be requested) that is known to the school.
There is a penalty charge of £5.00 for every five minutes (or part thereof) for each child collected after the official closing time of the club.
